RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

Thank you for shopping at Shop Bellhop. Our products can be returned within 30 days of receiving the purchased product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

NOTE: There are NO refunds on FREE + Shipping products. Obviously, the product is FREE, thus shipping cost will not be refunded. Additional non-refundable items: Gift Cards, and Downloadable digital products.

After you have sent an email to Support@ShopBellhop.com you will receive instructions for returning your item(s). Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable. You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping.

Once we have received your return we will refund your payment method within 72 hours. Please allow 3-5 business days once we have processed your refund to be reflected on your payment method.

Damaged items
If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.

Exchanging Items
If your items have not arrived within 60 days of the date of original purchase, contact Customer Service for a full refund of your purchase. (This policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) and missed parcel deliveries). Please note: Due to the popularity of certain items in our catalog, shipping times may take longer than the estimates shown on the website.
