FAQ & SHIPPING

  • Do you ship to my country?
    • We offer WORLDWIDE SHIPPING for most of our orders (unless specified on the product page) so it's very likely we can ship to your country including UK, Ireland, New Zealand, Australia, Canada, and more! Orders outside of the US generally take 2 to 4 weeks to arrive.
  • How long does it take for an order to arrive?
    • Order processing time takes 1-5 business days before shipment. Deliveries can take up to 1 week to 3 weeks for the United States. It depends what you purchased. Certain times with large promotions and sales, deliveries can take up to 4 weeks, although this is rare. You can 'CONTACT US' or email Support@ShopBellhop.com for specific shipping times.

    • PLEASE NOTE:  Most of our shipping is done directly from manufacture overseas instead of our US warehouse. 
  • Can I change my shipping address after I place my order?
    • For change of shipping address after your order has been placed, please let us know ASAP so we can make the change. We cannot guarantee that the address will be updated in time before your item is shipped so please give us the information as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you.
  • Can I have a tracking number?
    • Yes of course. Some orders will ship in multiple boxes and each box will have its own unique tracking number (just like Amazon).
  • I ordered 2+ items, but only received one... where's my order?
    • We have a large assortment of products not stocked in-house, when you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately so they get to you faster (just like Amazon). You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they are on the way.
  • Why have I not received any order confirmation details?
    • Most times this is because our customers have accidentally entered their email information incorrectly. Throughout the process we send 2-3 emails, including an order confirmation and a shipping notice. If you believe you may have entered your email incorrectly please contact us and we will fix it for you.
  • Are the "FREE" items really free?
    • YES! For our promotional items, all you have to pay is the shipping and handling cost. The price of the item itself is $0.00.
